Cancel booking by admin, staff, customer
Sometimes life happens, and we can’t make our appointments. Bookly’s cancellation process makes it easy and shows your flexibility. The feature of cancelling appointments is accessible with a single click for both clients and staff/admin. Just add a “click-to-cancel” link to your customized email notifications while informing them about new booking. The cancellation only works when it is outside of the minimum notice period, however.
Another option for clients to simply cancel their appointment – directly on your website. Your admin or staff can do this administratively by changing the appointment status in Bookly back-end.
