Use custom statuses

Bookly Custom Statuses (Add-on) for Bookly allows you to add more appointment status types. Personalized statuses will help you manage your booking list to suit your preferences and workflow.

Features:

• Create as many statuses as you need;
• Set custom status as a Default appointment status for newly created bookings;
• Use new statuses when you edit appointments in Bookly Calendar;
• Send customized Email and SMS notifications based on particular status of the appointment;
• Use custom statuses when you configure the settings for customer groups (if you have Bookly Customer Groups (Add-on) installed and activated).
