This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which refunds are provided for purchases made through https://www.booking-wp-plugin.com. It forms an integral part of our Terms & Conditions.

The Bookly software is owned by NOTA-INFO S.R.L. (Republic of Moldova). BOOKING TECHNOLOGIES, INC. (Delaware, USA) acts as the authorised distributor and seller of record for purchases made through booking-wp-plugin.com. Refund requests are administered by BOOKING TECHNOLOGIES.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases made through booking-wp-plugin.com. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase, and we will approve it.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team at support@bookly.info from the email address associated with your account, including:

  • the order number or transaction reference;
  • the product or subscription you are requesting a refund for;
  • a brief reason for the request (helps us improve, but not required for approval within the 30-day window).

We will process approved refunds back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the funds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

What Is Covered

The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to:

  • Bookly plugin licences (annual subscriptions and lifetime licences) purchased through booking-wp-plugin.com.
  • Bookly Cloud subscriptions and add-ons (Zapier, WhatsApp, Voice, Cron, Square, Mobile Staff, Gift Cards and similar) purchased through booking-wp-plugin.com.

What Is Not Covered

The 30-day money-back guarantee does not apply to:

  • Consumable services that have already been used. In particular, prepaid SMS credit packs are non-refundable to the extent that SMS messages have been delivered or scheduled for delivery from the credit balance. Any unused balance within the 30-day window may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion.
  • Renewal payments processed automatically more than 30 days after the original purchase. If you wish to cancel a subscription before the next renewal, you can do so from your account at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period and will not generate a retroactive refund of past renewals.
  • Purchases made on third-party marketplaces (such as CodeCanyon by Envato) — those are governed by the respective marketplace’s refund policy.

Renewals and Cancellations

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account; cancellation prevents future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current period (other than under the 30-day money-back guarantee window from the original purchase).

If you wish to be refunded for a renewal that you did not intend to pay, contact support@bookly.info as soon as possible after the renewal charge — we will review such requests on a case-by-case basis.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first, we may suspend access to the affected products and account pending resolution. We strongly encourage you to contact support@bookly.info before initiating a chargeback — most refund situations can be resolved directly and faster.

Statutory Rights

This Refund Policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived by agreement.
