Easily collect deposits for appointments by setting up payment options in Bookly. Clients booking online will be charged a deposit amount (percentage or fixed) and can pay the remaining balance at the time of visit.
Bookly’s admin panel enables you to efficiently manage deposit payments by:
- Accepting partial online payments for selected services
- Setting specific deposit amounts for each service/employee combination
- Specifying deposit amounts as percentages or fixed prices
- Displaying paid and due amounts in payment reports and notifications
- Marking payments as completed once the full amount is received
