Buying on behalf of a company
Bookly purchases are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record and is responsible for calculating and collecting VAT according to the applicable tax regulations.
To add your company details and VAT number, please follow these steps during checkout:
- Enter your email address and select your country.
- On the left side of the checkout window, click Add VAT number.
- Enter your company name, billing address, and VAT number.
- Continue with the payment.
Paddle will validate the VAT number and recalculate the order total. If the transaction qualifies for the reverse-charge mechanism, VAT should be removed
